Appointments are required for all services.

We recommend appointments be made one week in advance. Some same day appointments can be accepted according to availability. ALL appointments may be subject to a 50% deposit for the reservation. We accept cancellations with 24 hours notice. Cancellations on the day of an appointment or a "no show" of the appointment(s) will lead to a charge of 50% of the scheduled services. If you don't have a deposit placed for an appointment and there is a same day cancellation, or a no show to the appointment, we will use any gift cards on file to settle the 50% fee, or it will be due before booking future appointments. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you have not filled the required forms before your appointment you will need to do so before being taken back for your services. If you arrive late for your service, we may have to reduce the treatment time in order to finish on time for the next guest. You will not receive discounts for being late. We ask if you would remove all jewelry before services. Throughout your services, you are discreetly covered. Inappropriate action or language is cause for termination of a treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. If you are asked to leave for any reason you will be subject to a partial or full payment of the services scheduled.

*We accept appointments for minors; however, we will not service anyone under 12 years of age. A parent must be present in the treatment room for all guests under the age of 16.

*All services may be subject to a deposit of 50% to hold appointments, we will keep the 50% deposit if services are not cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

*Bookings for multiple people or services may be subject to an automatic 15% gratuity added to the bill at checkout.
